Your role and responsibilities
Lead Oracle Cloud Implementation & Optimization:
Spearhead the deployment, integration, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud solutions (including Oracle ERP, Oracle CX, Oracle SCM) for CPG clients, ensuring alignment with their specific business goals.
Develop Growth Strategies:
Collaborate with clients to formulate cloud-focused strategies that aim to elevate sales, refine supply chain management, and enhance marketing and customer service within the CPG industry.
Expand Offerings:

This role is flexible and can be performed remotely within the US. Required technical and professional expertise 15+ years of extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly within the CPG industry.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle ERP, SCM, and/or CX Cloud modules, with an emphasis on their impact on business productivity and efficiency in CPG organizations.
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful cloud-based projects in the CPG sector.
Strong comprehension of the distinct challenges and opportunities facing the CPG industry, such as demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party applications and systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Capability to conduct workshops and provide training, maximizing the potential of Oracle Cloud solutions for users.
Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud).
