Talent Acquisition professionals

who can help us build a high-performing team.

Role Overview We are looking for driven, detail-oriented, and high-ownership

TA specialists

to support end-to-end hiring for Sales roles, including SDR, AE, Sales Ops, and Solution Architecture.

This role can be

full-time, part-time, or internship

and offers a highly dynamic environment with fast execution cycles.

Key Responsibilities Sales Hiring Operations

Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate pipelines across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools.

Conduct initial screening calls using standardized qualification frameworks.

Assess candidates’ communication, sales mindset, and role fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and maintain smooth scheduling.

Pipeline & Process Management

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for SDR/AE/Sales Ops roles.

Track progress across all hiring stages and ensure high response time.

Maintain accurate data in our ATS and candidate tracking systems.

Support offer preparation and closing workflows.

TA Operations & Documentation

Develop and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and SOPs.

Maintain TA dashboards and metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, etc.).

Help build a scalable talent acquisition engine with high consistency and speed.

Brand & Communication (Optional but a plus)

Create clear, engaging recruitment messaging for LinkedIn and talent communities.

Support light employer branding initiatives.

Required What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people-interaction skills

High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate at a fast pace

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and candidate workflows simultaneously

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Able to understand the needs of Sales hiring quickly

Preferred

Experience in TA, HR, recruiting, staffing, or Sales

Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable)

Experience hiring in SaaS, tech, or startup environments

Strong writing skills for job postings and candidate communication
