What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts

Perform prospecting calls to recruit new customers

Assist customers with product needs through inventory and order entry systems

Meet performance standards for call productivity and sales growth

Qualifications (Required)

1-2 years of experience in a sales role within a commission-based environment

Background in business administration, accountancy, sales, or marketing

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers

Excellent phone manner and active listening skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment

Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
