What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a liaison to external and internal customers, addressing product inquiries and order clarifications
Manage web-based orders and registrations while collaborating with management on customer credits and returns
Approve stock allocations and manage pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments
Oversee inventory management at customer facilities, utilizing electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
Focus on maximizing service levels regarding stock and allocation issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service or healthcare environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in a remote work environment
