What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers, addressing product-related inquiries and order clarifications
Manage web-based orders or registrations and assist with customer credits and returns
Approve stock allocation in short supply and handle pricing adjustments and special quotations
Oversee inventory management at customer facilities using electronic data interchange and forecasting systems
Collaborate with management to resolve quality assurance complaints and ensure service levels are maximized
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a related field
Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and team members
Proficiency in managing orders and inventory systems
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Customer service or healthcare experience
Familiarity with electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
Experience in inventory management or logistics
