What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Represent the employer to both external and internal customers, addressing product‑related inquiries and managing customer orders
Oversee web‑based ordering processes and coordinate with management on customer credits and returns
Approve stock allocations, pricing allowances, and manage inventory systems to optimize service levels
Identify quality assurance complaints and facilitate resolution
Conduct inventory management at customer facilities using electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a related field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage customer interactions effectively
Proficiency in inventory management systems

Previous experience in customer service or healthcare settings
Familiarity with electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
Knowledge of quality assurance processes in a healthcare context
