What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Represent the employer to external and internal customers, addressing product‑related inquiries and clarifying customer orders
Manage web‑based ordering or registrations and handle customer credits and returns
Approve allocation of stock and manage pricing allowances and adjustments
Oversee inventories at customer facilities using electronic data interchange and inventory systems
Collaborate with management to address quality assurance complaints and ensure optimal service levels
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service or healthcare‑related role
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers and team members
Strong problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues
Familiarity with inventory management systems and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or healthcare settings
Knowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI) and inventory management processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare
