Job Title: Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager Location: Garland, TX Position Overview We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator and/or Project Manager with experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market. Responsible for estimating, bidding, and managing commercial roofing projects across the DFW region. Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Develop material take-offs and labor projections Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and job profitability Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and vendors Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing estimating and/or project management experience in the DFW market Experience with commercial projects (industrial, retail, office, warehouses, etc.) Multi-family/apartment roofing experience will not be considered Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and local market pricing Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven Motivated, growth-oriented, and eager to advance within the industry
