Core Responsibilities of an Account Manager: Manage AT&T accounts and support sales of wireless devices, internet, and VOIPs. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and escalations. Develop retention strategies and identify upsell opportunities. Monitor account health and proactively address service or billing issues. Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver seamless service. Prepare account reviews and performance reports for clients. Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast account revenue. Build long-term relationships to maximize client lifetime value.
