As a Sales Solutions Team Member , you will be expected to convert leads by negotiating confidently while you also continuously refine your sales approach. The Sales Solutions Team Member role puts a heavy emphasis on prospecting, persuasive demonstrations, and closing deals to meet ambitious quotas. It’s a commission-driven position that rewards a relentless focus on results. Sales Solutions Team Member Key Functions Actively sell AT&T cellphones, internet, and VOIPs to new and existing clients. Prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into closed deals. Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs. Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and tailored proposals. Negotiate terms and close contracts with confidence. Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in CRM. Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions. Continuously refine sales techniques to improve conversion rates.
