
Customer Service Rep I
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Rep I Location: Brookshire, TX Pay Range: $16 Shift: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. What's the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain positive relationships. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to delivery and service inquiries. Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Handle member claims and settle them within the company's required timeframe, including outbound survey calls. What's Needed? Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily. Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. What's in it for me?
