Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Coordinator located in New York, NY. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining inventory control, handling National Accounts such as Macy's, Bloomindales and other major accounts. Receiving import shipments from our Corporate HQ in Geneva. Additionally, the coordinator will work with our Customer Service and Sales Dept. to ensure all shipments are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficient in Inventory Management and Operations Management
Excellent Analytical Skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with minimum supervision
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior experience in a shipping coordinator or similar logistics role is a plus
Proficiency in using shipping software and MS Office, Excel, Word
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Ability to adapt to changes in business strategies and practices.
