Manada Technology is looking for an on‑site Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a very positive attitude and a strong work ethic. This person should be a great listener, a strong communicator, and diligent in completing tasks. They should have exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive customer and client satisfaction and should be comfortable serving as an escalation point for our customers and addressing product and service issues.
This Customer Service Representative will support our Regional Directors in managing escalations and workflows from Manada's partners and customers.
Location and Hours This is an on‑site position in Celebration; remote work is not available.
Hours: 8 AM - 12 PM / 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
Requirements
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Basic understanding of ordering, scheduling, route management, and dispatch services
Excellent attendance record
Strong time‑management skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.)
Excellent communication skills: ability to write, speak, listen, and understand spoken and written words to respond promptly to email, voicemail, and system messages and requests
General knowledge of office management practices and procedures
