We provide supplemental and life insurance while serving individuals, families, and businesses with products that provide financial security and peace of mind. Our agency, The Jones Jr and Mitchell Agency, is in Tupelo, MS and we are looking to expand this year sometime to the Memphis area. We’re looking for driven individuals who want to grow into leadership roles while making a meaningful impact in their community.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Financial Sales Representative who is ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow. This role focuses on helping individuals, families, and businesses understand their financial protection needs and choose the right insurance solutions. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and a clear path for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental insurance products


• Build and maintain a personal book of business


• Follow up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy retention


• Participate in ongoing training and new metrics 


• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service


• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

Salary/Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year plus commission
