Globe Life Liberty National is a long-standing leader in the life Insurance Industry since 1900. We provide supplemental and life insurance while serving individuals, families, and businesses with products that provide financial security and peace of mind. Our agency, The Jones Jr and Mitchell Agency, is in Tupelo, MS and we are looking to expand this year sometime to the Memphis area. We’re looking for driven individuals who want to grow into leadership roles while making a meaningful impact in their community.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager who is ambitious, coachable, and eager to develop into a leadership position. This role begins with hands-on training in sales, customer service, and product knowledge, with a clear pathway to management based on performance—not tenure.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and master our suite of life and supplemental insurance products


• Meet with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage options


• Manage and grow a personal book of business


• Lead by example in sales activity, professionalism, and customer care


• Assist in training and developing new team members as you advance


• Participate in weekly team meetings, workshops, and leadership development sessions

Salary/Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 per year plus commission
