Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Global B2B Sales Hunter to lead proactive business development initiatives across multiple international markets. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hunting and onboarding wholesalers, resellers, liquidators, gifting companies, outdoor retailers, and niche distribution partners across diverse product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and onboard wholesalers, resellers, liquidators, gifting companies, outdoor retailers, and niche partners across global markets.
Manage and grow a diverse portfolio spanning 15 brands and multiple product categories.
Build and scale B2B business across the US, Europe, North America, and Australia by identifying opportunities in adjacent, emerging, and non-traditional sectors.
Drive high-volume pipeline development and create scalable, long-term B2B partnerships.
Explore untapped markets and niche segments where strong brand alignment can unlock growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in proactive B2B sales, business development, or international channel partnerships.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships with wholesalers, resellers, and non-traditional buyers.
Key Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in proactive B2B hunting and pipeline creation.
Proven track record of managing multiple product categories and diverse brand portfolios.
Experience working across international markets, particularly the US, North America, Europe, and Australia.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with global partners.
Soft Skills:
Ability to operate effectively in unstructured, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to explore new markets and unconventional growth avenues.
High ownership, accountability, and result‑oriented approach.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems.
Strong understanding of international trade practices and B2B distribution models.
