Hybrid Customer Service Role
This is a hybrid role working three days in office (Monday, Tuesday and third day optional on the day but required to be in office) while the other two days are remote. Working hours will be a 7-4 or 8-5 shift. This role is not a call center position. The day-to-day activities include customer service, customer support, working in a customer order management environment.
