We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact Recruiting@drinkmilos.com.The Continuous Improvement Technician supports daily improvement activities on the production floor by collecting operational data, facilitating problem-solving, maintaining CI tools and visuals, and assisting teams in implementing process improvements.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Create Standard Operating Procedures to create standard processes and facilitate Continuous Improvement initiatives.* Audit and maintain Milo’s SOPs through BradyLink, Redzone, and other systems.* Support technicians and supervisors in root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and A3.* Assist with CI focused improvement projects, 5S activity, line studies, data gathering, and other assigned.* Facilitate Redzone usage and knowledge through floor coaching, administration, auditing and metric tracking.* Perform other duties as assigned.* This job is expected to be on the floor approximately 50% of the time.**QUALIFICATIONS*** High School Diploma or GED* 5+ years of manufacturing experience* Demonstrated knowledge of Milo's Processes and Equipment, strongly preferred* Proficiency in Computer Skills including Microsoft Office and Redzone* Strong organization and time management skills* Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting both day (70%) and night shifts (30%)* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, to all within the company.**Physical Demands** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
