exceptional Personal Assistant
to support a high-performing principal and family across business, household, and lifestyle operations. This is a
direct-hire, long-term opportunity

This role goes far beyond calendar management. You will serve as a
trusted right hand —bringing structure, foresight, and calm execution to a demanding environment that spans business interests, properties, travel, family logistics, and special initiatives. The ideal candidate is
highly organized, discreet, proactive, and unflappable , with the maturity to operate autonomously and the personality to build strong, trusted relationships. What You’ll Do (High-Level)
Own and protect the executive’s calendar, priorities, and time Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives Oversee household logistics, vendors, and day-to-day operations Manage personal and professional scheduling, travel, and events Act as a gatekeeper, proxy, and problem-solver Track expenses, invoices, and operational details Support confidential relationships and sensitive matters with discretion Anticipate needs, build systems, and continuously improve how things run What This Role Requires
Senior-level experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Family Office professional Extreme flexibility and availability
(this is not a rigid 9–5 role) Exceptional organizational and systems-thinking ability Absolute discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Comfort supporting both business and personal priorities Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Reliable transportation and ability to be hands-on locally What Will Set You Apart
