Our client, a well-established national provider of essential environmental and operational services is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial clients. This role focuses on customer retention, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

This is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working closely with customers, building long-term partnerships, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing book of business

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Prospect within assigned accounts and surrounding markets

Meet monthly sales and activity targets

Analyze account activity and recommend service improvements

Maintain CRM records and account data

Support customer retention initiatives and reduce churn

What You Bring

4+ years of sales or account management experience

Strong presentation and relationship management skills

Proven ability to grow accounts and exceed targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Experience using CRM systems preferred
