
Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video, and performance-led content. Align campaigns to clear business objectives, ensuring measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, and revenue. Apply modern demand generation approaches, including audience-first targeting, full-funnel optimization, and AI-influenced discovery. Manage budgets responsibly and optimize allocation to maximize return on investment. Lead continuous testing and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, creative iteration, and bid/budget refinement. Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CVR, and LTV. Proactively recommend strategic adjustments to enhance scalability and long-term performance. Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, strong attribution frameworks, and consistent reporting standards. Requirements
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital demand generation, or growth marketing within an agency, consulting, media, or in-house environment. Demonstrated success managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media programs. Deep understanding of performance metrics and growth levers, including CPA, ROAS, CVR, LTV, and attribution models. Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, and media platform reporting tools). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategic action. Clear and confident communicator, able to present performance results to internal and external stakeholders. Preferred
Experience with SEO/GEO strategies and AI-driven discovery trends. Familiarity with marketing automation, martech ecosystems, or CRM-driven performance initiatives. Benefits
