We’re looking for an Email Manager to own email execution and performance for a specific brand within our portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle & CRM, this role is ideal for a strong lifecycle operator who can translate brand and lifecycle strategy into high-performing campaigns and automated journeys. You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, flow optimization, audience segmentation, and day-to-day channel performance—working closely with the Director, Creative partners, Email Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, on-brand programs across email. This role blends hands-on execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with clear accountability for email outcomes for your brand. What you\'ll do

Own email campaign planning and execution for a single brand, including promotional, triggered, and lifecycle programs Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and automated flows in partnership with Email Engineering and QA Manage segmentation and audience targeting to ensure relevant, personalized communication Execute and optimize key customer journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation Partner with Creative to ensure email content aligns with brand standards and performance objectives Collaborate with Brand and Performance teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement Support A/B testing initiatives, including subject lines, creative, segmentation, and send strategy Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of all lifecycle communications Contribute to shared lifecycle standards, documentation, and best practices across brands Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns and automated flows Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle best practices Experience collaborating with Creative and cross-functional marketing teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand or high-growth environment Strong attention to detail and operational rigor Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into optimizations Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with precision A proactive team player who takes ownership of execution and results Why Join Us
