
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Media Planner to support the development and execution of digital media campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social. This role blends strategy, planning, and cross?functional collaboration, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are well?built, targeted, and optimized.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage media plans across multiple digital channels
Develop audience strategies and targeting approaches based on defined segments
Collaborate with creative, analytics, user experience, and media operations teams
Maintain channel budgets, forecasts, and tactical plans
Provide guidance on creative asset needs and channel’specific requirements
Present media recommendations and ensure alignment across teams
Review performance reports and translate insights into clear, actionable takeaways
Stay current on media trends, tools, and data privacy changes
Support smooth campaign launches through strong project management and communication
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in digital advertising or media planning
Familiarity with DSPs and advertising technology platforms
Understanding of how media platforms support planning and audience strategy
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
Clear communication skills and comfort working cross?functionally
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
Interest in continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
