Responsibilities
Network, sell, and close deals with AI/ML stakeholders
Build relationships within the AI/ML community
Conduct discovery calls and share the Arize vision
Implement a sophisticated prospecting strategy to generate leads
Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and identify new business opportunities
Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors deeply
Manage proof‑of‑concepts, drive adoption, and grow accounts
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
Scope licensing, identify workload expansion, and understand use cases
Utilize BANT or MEDDIC methodology (preferred)
Qualifications
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, hungry, aggressive, and motivated
Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies for prospecting
Self‑starter comfortable in limited process environments
Full‑cycle sales experience navigating complex enterprise deals
Fast‑paced, customer‑focused
Team player who collaborates across Arize
Strong communication skills, able to objectively convey field insights

Previous selling experience in Software Engineering
Previous selling experience in Data Science
Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual salary and variable compensation: $160,000 – $225,000, plus competitive equity. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave, and mental‑wellness support.
Work Environment Remote‑first with optional offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area. WFH monthly stipend for coworking spaces.
