Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build client relationships using consultative sales methods, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans and driving advertising revenue.

Business Development – Prospect new clients with CoStar’s property data, drive sales, and close new business.

Teamwork – Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to increase sales revenue.

Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real‑estate trends, and your market territory.

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑added communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve goals.

Client Engagement – Conduct in‑person meetings that may require travel by car and potentially outside the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of B2B sales experience.

2+ years of commercial‑real‑estate (CRE) experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer‑centric environment.

Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Success building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.

Analytical skills for data‑driven reporting and strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.

Access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by the start date.

Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company.

Self‑starter who can work independently or within a team.

This position offers an annual base salary range of $70,000 – $80,000, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
