
Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and scale HubSpot infrastructure, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management
Develop multi-touch nurture campaigns to move prospects from awareness to purchase
Configure lead routing and CRM integration to ensure timely follow-up by Sales
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking
Build landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot CMS to capture and qualify leads
Plan and execute targeted demand-generation campaigns across key customer segments (fleet operators, upfitters, distributors, and eCommerce buyers)
Manage paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimizing for cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution
Develop conversion-focused offers such as guides, ROI calculators, and gated content
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
Advanced HubSpot expertise (automation, CRM integration, reporting, landing pages)
Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and digital funnel strategy
Experience supporting longer B2B sales cycles and multi-touch attribution models
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools; project management software experience a plus
