Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with BEAR Construction’s quality standards. This role serves as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site operations and manage project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Enforce BEAR safety policies and quality control standards
Track progress and proactively resolve field issues
Communicate regularly with Project Managers and clients
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction
Proven leadership in managing field teams
Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules
