Job Responsibilities
Develop annual clinic budget and goals, coordinating with the Triad to ensure client goals are met
Manage client financial reporting and oversee unbilled expenses while seeking client approval for additional investments
Ensure a smooth transition from sales during new client implementations
Create and deliver a 2-year service/revenue growth plan for clients
Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers to improve account effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 4 years of account management or sales experience
Minimum of 4 years managing client relationships
Proven track record of retaining and growing client revenue for at least 4 years
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry
Proficiency with Apple and Google-based technology or client technologies such as Microsoft or HP
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a creative and flexible approach
Energetic and proactive, capable of working autonomously when necessary
