What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue
Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology such as SalesForce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the educational sales industry or with similar products
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of an organization
Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams
Proven track record of success in sales focused on revenue growth and customer relationship management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
