What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to provide expert guidance and solutions
Effectively manage territory activities including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

Experience in educational sales or a related field
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
