
Enablement Program Manager (Hotels) – Fully Remote (PST)
Job Title: Enablement Program Manager - Hotels
Location: Fully Remote (PST hours)
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
In this role, you will act as the architect of learning experiences, designing everything from standardized sales playbooks to complex LMS course structures.
Responsibilities
Instructional Design:
Build high-impact training programs using instructional design best practices, including mock calls, certifications, and standardized playbooks.
LMS Administration:
Take full ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS)—managing user access, organizing content, and optimizing the platform for maximum engagement.
Sales Enablement:
Develop narrative-driven content, including sales pitches, talking points, and objection-handling guides tailored to the hospitality industry.
Tech Stack Optimization:
Troubleshoot and optimize the enablement tech stack (Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
Data-Driven Strategy:
Use insights from Salesforce and Tableau to identify performance gaps and measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years
in enablement, L&D, or instructional design.
Systems Mastery:
Proven hands‑on
LMS administration
and proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and project management tools like Asana or Airtable.
Sales Narrative Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to create pitches, talking points, and playbooks that resonate with sales and partnership teams.
GTM Support:
Significant experience supporting Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships).
Preferred Skills
Background in
SaaS
or the
Hospitality/Travel
industry.
Experience with
Highspot
(Content Management) and
Gong
(Conversation Intelligence).
