What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
Deliver consultative presentations both in-person and virtually to showcase how Genius® improves business operations
Collaborate with management to identify new sales opportunities and close deals efficiently
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven success in B2B sales, especially within the fintech or merchant services sectors
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus
High energy and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
