What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven success selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M

Experience engaging C‑suite executives using solution selling techniques

Strong ability to manage full‑cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing

Deep understanding of AI and its applications in business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree preferred

Proven track record of sales quota overachievement

Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to drive change

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams

Adept at developing and executing detailed account plans
