What to Expect Job Responsibilities:
Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage major accounts by leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets as set by the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required
Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, particularly in selling complex enterprise software
Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based approach
Strong ability to lead detailed sales processes and manage full-cycle deals
Deep understanding of AI and its application in sales contexts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort in ambiguous situations
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
Experience in developing and executing account plans
