What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from planning to deal closure and renewal
Meet or exceed sales revenue targets consistently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in complex enterprise software
Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques
Ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing
Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Deep understanding of AI applications in business contexts
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
Experience in developing and executing comprehensive account plans
