The Role
They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their B2B Wealth Platform team. This position will focus on prospecting, closing new business, and managing relationships with Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) partners. The ideal candidate will bring experience in consultative sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a track record of exceeding quotas within the wealth management or fintech sectors. Requirements
1-4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in wealth management, RIA firms, or fintech Experience within Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within a B2B SaaS firm or Wealth Management Company Experience with CRM systems and sales tools Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to meet with advisory firms Must be available to work in person at our Midtown Manhattan office, alongside the sales team, 5 days a week Responsibilities
Generate and Qualify Leads
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with RIAs through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead qualification to build a robust sales pipeline. Execute Sales Process
– Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with RIA clients, guiding them through the full sales cycle. Meet Sales Targets
– Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue objectives set by management. Build Client Relationships
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our platform addresses their specific challenges. Market Intelligence
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our platform as the optimal solution for RIAs. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams
– Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, address product feedback, and contribute to sales collateral development. Sales Documentation and CRM Management
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Represent the Company
– Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the platform and generate new business leads. What They're Looking For
