What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in customer organizations
Effectively manage territory activities, including lead generation and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for customer relationship building
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in educational sales or working with schools
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
