What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to enhance customer retention and loyalty

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts

Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets and prepare reports for management

Lead, manage, and mentor Business Development Managers and Account Development Managers to drive sales growth

Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and satisfaction levels while addressing any concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

5+ years of successful experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment

Proven track record of driving sales, exceeding sales targets, and retaining existing accounts

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience applying Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and Large Account Management Training or similar strategic sales model

A demonstrated ability to develop high-performing sales teams and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence

Knowledge of the regional market and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
