What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
Run reports to verify accuracy of provided insurance and driving history information
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
Prior sales experience is ideal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
Proven ability to multi‑task efficiently with speed and accuracy
Familiarity with company guidelines and the ability to communicate them effectively
