What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping products and procedures
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive incremental business
Serve as a regional representative and champion for mapping technology within the healthcare community
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to work independently and manage on-site clinical needs within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven experience with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing clinical support
