GR Affinity, LLC ("Guaranteed Rate Affinity") is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate, Inc (NMLS: 2611) and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Through this joint venture, GR Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources. Compensation:

Develop and own the overarching social media strategy across platforms, aligned with business goals and audience growth targets. Build, maintain, and iterate on a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, thought leadership, promotional content, and trending topics. Serve as the "idea engine" — generating concepts for posts, series, campaigns, and video content on an ongoing basis. Identify emerging platforms, formats, and trends to keep our social presence ahead of the curve. Write and refine AI-assisted content prompts (using tools like HeyGen, PlayPlay, ElevenLabs) that maintain Brian's voice, tone, and storytelling goals. Collaborate with the content creator/editor to ensure filmed and edited assets align with the broader strategy. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage ad budgets, A/B test creative and targeting, and report on ROAS and campaign performance. Lead the strategy and growth of Brian's YouTube channel — from content ideation and series development to publishing cadence and audience engagement. Develop video concepts, outlines, and briefs that align with Brian's brand voice and thought leadership positioning, working alongside our existing video editor/producer for execution. Optimize YouTube channel presence including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists to maximize discoverability and subscriber growth. Define KPIs and reporting cadences; analyze performance data to continuously refine strategy. Maintain and manage content approvals within Workfront, partnering cross-functionally with compliance to ensure all social content meets regulatory standards. Participate in weekly meetings with the marketing manager and broader marketing team to align on brand direction, campaign priorities, and cross-channel initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or a related role. Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies that drive measurable audience growth and engagement. Strong understanding of platform best practices across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Experience managing paid social campaigns, including budget management, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Familiarity with YouTube channel management, SEO optimization, and audience growth tactics. Experience with AI content tools (e.g., HeyGen, PlayPlay, ElevenLabs) or a strong willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience writing captions, video briefs, content strategies, and creative concepts. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy adjustments. Must have strong organizational skills, ability to adapt, and a collaborative team-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). Bonus: Experience with Workfront, Total Expert, or similar project management and CRM tools. NOTE:
