What is Required (Qualifications)

Must demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor

Strong communication skills to engage with prospects effectively

Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in insurance sales or a related field

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and technology tools

Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems

Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads
