What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Partner with Key Account Managers and leadership to execute account strategies and support business objectives

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key audiology practices and high‑volume customers

Serve as the primary internal point of contact for day‑to‑day inquiries and operational support

Monitor order status proactively, resolving delays or errors before they escalate

Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and service excellence

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 4 years in Inside/Outside Sales, Customer Support, or Medical Device Sales

Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities

Proficient in MS Office with strong technical aptitude

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Hearing Healthcare is a plus

Proven ability to influence without authority

Confident presenting to customers and internal leaders

Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills

Skilled in building clear, concise PowerPoint presentations
