Senior Litigation Paralegal
and Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right-hand to a senior attorney.
This is a pivotal, high-responsibility desk. You will support a senior attorney and two additional attorneys while managing 60 to 70 active litigation matters. Success in this role means more than strong clerical skills. It requires command of
California civil litigation
procedures, confidence in independent filings, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

What You Will Do
Manage a high-volume desk with 60 to 70 active litigation matters
Track deadlines and maintain detailed litigation calendars
Independently handle California State and Federal e-filings
Prepare, format, and proofread complex pleadings, including Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
Prepare discovery shells
Coordinate hearings and remote appearances
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Assist with mediation and trial preparation
Provide executive-level scheduling and administrative coordination for a senior attorney

Compensation
$90,000 to $110,000 salary range with a strong ceiling

Work Environment
Monday through Friday
100 percent onsite in Downtown Los Angeles
Direct support for a senior attorney, plus up to two additional attorneys
High-responsibility desk with significant autonomy
The Ideal Professional
Strong command of California civil litigation procedures
Experience managing a heavy caseload with multiple concurrent deadlines
Confident handling of State and Federal e-filings independently
Skilled in preparing discovery shells and complex document formatting
ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
Seeking long-term stability in a fully in-office environment
