What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders
Track and report critical lease expirations and other important dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with brokers and associated parties
Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in the documentation process for transactions
Conduct financial analysis and assist in client reporting duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with real estate transaction management technology and software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous experience in a client-facing role within real estate
