
The Lead Superintendent will oversee the full ground-up construction of high-rise apartment projects in Miami, managing all on-site operations from mobilization through closeout. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience delivering complex multifamily towers safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up high-rise apartment projects from start to finish Manage field staff, subcontractors, and daily site operations to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met Coordinate inspections, permitting, and compliance with local building codes and safety regulations Enforce site safety programs and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Work closely with the Project Manager, ownership, and design teams to resolve field issues and drive progress Oversee project milestones including concrete structure, building envelope, MEP coordination, and final turnover Profile
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up high-rise multifamily projects Proven track record managing projects from foundation through CO Strong knowledge of concrete high-rise construction, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working in South Florida and familiarity with Miami building requirements is highly preferred Job Offer
