We're Hiring: HubSpot Specialist | Stratagon
Stratagon is growing — and we're looking for a sharp, technically strong HubSpot Specialist to join our digital team and drive results across the HubSpot ecosystem.
This is a mid-level role (3–5+ years of experience) for someone who lives and breathes HubSpot, brings a consultative mindset, and knows how to translate complex technical solutions into real business outcomes. If you get genuinely excited about a well-architected CRM, love solving messy integration problems, and are already exploring what AI-powered tools like HubSpot Breeze can do for clients — we want to meet you.
About Stratagon Stratagon is a digital marketing consultancy built at the intersection of strategy, technology, and transformation. We specialize in helping organizations — particularly in B2B and higher education — build smarter systems, stronger pipelines, and better customer experiences. As a HubSpot-focused agency, we go deep on the platform and wide on impact.
We're actively building out our AI capabilities — and this role sits at the center of that evolution. When you join Stratagon, you're helping shape how we deliver for clients, how we integrate emerging AI tools into our practice, and how we position ourselves at the leading edge of the HubSpot ecosystem.
About the Role As our HubSpot Specialist, you'll serve as the go-to technical subject matter expert across our client portfolio — owning portal administration, leading implementation projects, and working alongside our account and digital specialist teams to drive client and operational success.
You'll consult on and execute advanced platform strategies, guide clients through onboarding and optimization, and help them unlock the full potential of the HubSpot suite — including HubSpot's Breeze AI tools. As Breeze Agents, Breeze Copilot, and AI-powered features become central to how clients operate, you'll be expected to understand, configure, and advise on their strategic application across Sales, Marketing, and Service workflows.
You'll also play a meaningful role within Stratagon's Digital Transformation practice — documenting processes, building standards, and contributing to the institutional knowledge that elevates our delivery. We're looking for someone who connects AI capability to real client outcomes, not just someone who can configure a portal.
What You'll Do
Lead HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service implementation projects from discovery through launch
Evaluate client tech stacks, recommend the right onboarding approach, and develop a roadmap for long-term success
Configure and deploy HubSpot Breeze AI tools — including Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents (Content, Prospecting, Customer, Social), and AI-powered features — to accelerate client workflows and outcomes
Advise clients on where and how to incorporate AI into their HubSpot operations, moving them from curiosity to practical, measurable adoption
Build and maintain custom templates, workflows, automations, sequences, and integrations tailored to each client's needs
Own CRM data integrity, architecture, validation, and migration processes
Plan and implement marketplace integrations and RevOps-centered solutions using HubSpot native features
Support larger-scale technical integration and migration projects alongside Stratagon's Digital Transformation team
Design and deliver executive dashboards and reporting that demonstrate performance and ROI
Proactively monitor client accounts, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
Document processes and standards that improve consistency and quality across client engagements
What We're Looking For
5+ years of HubSpot CRM experience across 2+ Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, and/or Operations)
2–4 years in a technical pre-sales, solutions consultant, or implementation role — agency or SaaS environment strongly preferred
Hands‑on familiarity with HubSpot Breeze AI — including Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents, and AI‑assisted features across the platform
Ability to translate AI awareness into practical, outcome‑driven client guidance
Deep experience with HubSpot APIs, object associations, workflows, automation, and marketplace integrations
Strong knowledge of RevOps principles, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and the full marketing and sales lifecycle
Experience with CRM/ERP migrations — Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, and similar — into HubSpot
Demonstrated QA and testing experience with integrations and automation
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Detail‑oriented, analytical, collaborative, and proactive — especially when identifying and articulating risks early
Bonus Points For:
HubSpot certifications (Solutions Partner, Inbound Marketing, Sales Software, AI tools, etc.)
Direct experience configuring or advising on Breeze Agent deployment in a client environment
Experience with CPQ or accounting software integrations (QuickBooks, etc.)
B2B SaaS or higher education client experience
Ideal Case Study Experience We're especially interested in candidates who can speak to:
Migrating a mid‑market or enterprise CRM to HubSpot Pro or Enterprise — including data architecture, stakeholder alignment, and post‑migration optimization
Integrating or migrating a CRM or ERP (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) into an established HubSpot instance, including Sales Hub implementation within a legacy Marketing Hub portal
Planning and executing a RevOps‑centered marketplace integration — such as a CPQ or accounting software integration, or automations managing orders, quotes, and line items within HubSpot
Deploying or advising on HubSpot Breeze AI tools to meaningfully improve a client's sales, marketing, or service operations
If you can walk us through work like this clearly and confidently, you're exactly who we're looking for.
Why Stratagon We're a team of strategists, technologists, and builders who care deeply about the quality of our work and the success of our clients. You'll have real ownership over meaningful projects, direct access to leadership, and room to grow. We're investing in AI capabilities across our business — and this role is positioned to be at the forefront, not playing catch‑up. If you want to grow your expertise at the intersection of HubSpot and AI, this is the right place to do it.
