What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for presentations
Handle general administrative duties and ensure timely entry of transaction information into databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as leases and purchase agreements
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with technology platforms such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Excellent communication skills for client presentations and internal approvals
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge of KPI tracking and reporting functions
