What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the successful delivery of new capabilities, enhancements, and features across Credit AMTF Train and support Collections as needed
Set expectations and manage diverse stakeholders while coordinating with Agile teams to support cross-team changes
Facilitate PI Planning sessions to prioritize AMTF capabilities and communicate commitment changes to leadership
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on impacts and dependencies
Ensure teams meet deadlines for committed changes and resolve or elevate roadblocks as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management or lending; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager or similar role
3+ years of project management experience with a focus on detail and data integrity
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry across functional areas such as Technology or Operations
Experience operating at a strategic level as part of a cross-functional team
Strong expertise in credit processes and familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products
Experience with Decision Engines (e.g., FICO DMP, Power Curve)
2+ years of experience with SAS/SQL/Python programming
