What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements across the Credit AMTF Train and support Collections as needed
Manage diverse stakeholder expectations and prioritize input from various teams
Facilitate PI Planning sessions to set goals and communicate timelines to leadership
Collaborate with key stakeholders on project impacts and dependencies
Resolve roadblocks and ensure teams are on schedule for committed changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
3+ years of Agile Product Owner/Manager experience
3+ years of project management experience with a focus on detail and data integrity
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Experience operating at a strategic level within a cross-functional team
Familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products
Strong investigative mindset for data analysis and business reporting
2+ years of programming experience in SAS, SQL, or Python
